Owner on the job
Sean Singleton runs the work himself. No subbed-out mystery crews, no day-of swap-outs. The person who quoted it does it.
We’re a small Michigan home-improvement crew built on one idea: we go a cut above of the best. From a sticking door to a full punch-list, you get a craftsman who shows up, communicates, and treats your home like the neighbors’.
If it’s on your list and it doesn’t need a permit and a crew, there’s a good chance we handle it. Below is the bread-and-butter — call if your project isn’t listed.
Sticking doors, broken latches, loose railings, squeaky stairs, busted blinds, the stuff you’ve been meaning to fix. We knock the whole list out in one visit when we can.
Patch nail-pops, doorknob holes, hairline cracks, settling seams. Sand smooth, prime, blend the paint. The wall looks like it never happened.
Replace damaged planks, secure squeaky boards, install or repair baseboard, quarter-round, door casing and crown. Tight miters and clean caulk lines.
Hang new interior doors, plane and re-strike sticking ones, replace weatherstripping, fix sashes and screens, swap hardware. Smooth swing, solid latch.
Faucet, garbage disposal and toilet swaps, supply lines, P-traps, shut-off valves, simple leak fixes. Anything requiring a licensed plumber, we’ll tell you up front and refer out.
Swap outlets, switches, light fixtures, and ceiling fans on existing circuits. New runs, panel work and anything requiring a licensed electrician we leave to a pro.
Gutter clean-outs, caulk and weatherstrip refresh, dryer-vent cleaning, smoke-detector swaps, pre-winter walkthroughs. Small money, big problems prevented.
Bring us the list — closing items, rental turnover, the eight things that have been bugging you. We’ll work through it in one visit and leave you a clean house.
Plumbing and electrical work above is performed at a handyman level — repairs and replacements on existing fixtures and circuits. For new construction, panel changes, gas lines, or anything requiring a permit, ask and we’ll point you to a trusted licensed pro. Ask about licensing and insurance for your specific project.

We walk the project, we put numbers on paper, and we stick to them. Surprises only happen if something hidden turns up — and you’ll know before we touch it.
Drop cloths down, dust contained, vacuum out at the end. We leave the room cleaner than we found it. That’s the cut-above part.
Most homes have a list, not a single problem. We knock out twelve small items in the time another company spends quoting two.
Call 586-842-8762 or email a few photos. We’ll usually know in the first minute whether it’s in our lane.
We come look in person for anything beyond a quick fix, then send a written estimate the same day or the next morning.
Pick a day, we show up on time, drop cloths down before the toolbox comes out. You get progress photos if you can’t be there.
We don’t leave until you’ve seen every fix and signed off. If something isn’t right, we make it right before we pack out.
If you’ve seen the red rooflines around Roseville, that’s us. Below: the marks you’ll see in the wild.
A few lines that capture the kind of feedback we work to earn. Fresh comments are added as projects wrap.
★★★★★“Showed up on time, knocked out a list of nine little things in an afternoon, vacuumed the hallway on the way out. Exactly what we’d been looking for.”
★★★★★“Honest about what was a quick fix and what should be a real plumber. Appreciated the straight answer instead of a sales pitch.”
★★★★★“Drywall patches blended so well I had to ask which spots he fixed. Cleaned up better than my own kids do.”
Quotes above are representative of feedback we hear and are not attributed to specific named customers. Real client references available on request.
We work out of Roseville, Michigan and serve homeowners across the surrounding communities. If you’re a little outside the ring, ask — we travel for the right project.
Call or email Sean directly. Most messages get a same-day reply, evenings and weekends included when we’re not on a job.
